Imagine this. You just closed a massive client who has used the exact same business phone number for twenty years. Their customers know it by heart. You promise to migrate them into your brand new HighLevel phone system so you can track all their inbound calls and attribute your marketing wins.
Then the nightmare begins. You have to download external carrier forms, print them, get the client to sign them, scan them back, and email them into a black hole of support tickets. Two weeks go by. The carrier rejects the form because a single checkbox was missed. Your client is furious because they are paying for a system they cannot even use, and you look like an amateur who cannot even handle a simple phone switch.
You cannot scale an agency if you are relying on manual PDF forms and carrier bureaucracy. HighLevel fixes this instantly with the in-app Port-In Numbers workflow. You can submit, track, and manage eligible US phone number transfers directly inside your dashboard without ever touching a manual form again. Let us get your client’s numbers moved over fast.
