Part 1: Create a New Folder

1. Click New Folder in the top-right corner of Agent Studio to open the folder creation modal.
2. Enter a clear and descriptive name in the Folder Name field.
3. Open the Associated Agents dropdown and select any ungrouped agents you want to drop into this folder right away.
4. Click Save. Your selected agents will immediately snap into this new group in your list view.

Part 2: Group and Search Your Workspace

1. Click the Sort by dropdown to control how your workspace looks. You can easily toggle between Agent First or Folder First, and sort by Name, Last Updated, or Created Date.

3. Use the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom of the list to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows so you can view your massive library without any lag.

Part 4: Manage Individual Agents and Folders

1. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on any individual agent row to quickly edit details, move the agent to a new folder, or delete it.
2. You can also click the three-dot (⋮) menu directly on a folder row (distinguished by a folder icon) to edit the folder details or delete the folder entirely. (Note: Bulk deleting folders will clear the group, but the agents inside remain completely safe until you delete them separately).
