  2. Open an existing Voice AI Agent or create a brand new one.
  3. Click the agent’s current voice to open the Voice Selection menu.
  4. Navigate to the My Voices tab.
  5. Click Add Custom Voice and select Clone from the dropdown menu to open the cloning modal.

Part 2: Upload and Clone Your Voice

  1. Enter a clear Voice Name, such as “Front Desk – Sarah” or “Founder Voice.”
  2. Select your Target Voice Provider. You can choose between ElevenLabs or Cartesia.
  3. Add a Source Audio Sample. You can upload a clean audio file (.mp3, .wav, .m4a, etc.) that is 10 MB or smaller, or simply select your microphone and record directly in your browser.
  4. Check the Rights and Consent Confirmation box to legally confirm you have permission to clone and use this specific speaker’s voice.
  5. Click Save to submit the clone for processing.

Now we attach your new digital voice to your active agent.

  1. Wait for the cloned voice to finish processing under the My Voices → Cloned Voices section.
  2. Once the voice is ready, click Play to preview the sample and ensure it sounds perfectly natural. If it failed due to background noise, the system will let you retry with a cleaner file.
  3. Select your newly cloned voice from the list and save the voice selection.
  4. Click Save on the Voice AI Agent.
