- Select Company and then open the Advanced Settings tab.
Follow the detailed steps below to complete the setup.
Picture this. You submit a support ticket because a complex client workflow is acting up. Support asks for access to your account to investigate. To help them out, you create a dummy user account with full admin privileges just so they can poke around and find the issue.
A week later, the bug is fixed. The problem is you completely forget to delete that temporary dummy account. Your agency now has an open, unmonitored backdoor. Your clients’ data is exposed indefinitely. Security is compromised, and your internal compliance is completely out the window.
Those reckless security practices are massive liabilities. But those days are officially over. HighLevel just rolled out a secure, time-bound Support Access feature. It gives support the exact access they need to fix your bugs, and then it automatically locks them out when the clock runs out. Here is the ultimate fix.
Ready to streamline this and lock down your security? Here is exactly how to do it in 60 seconds:
Part 1: How to Enable Support Access
Proper setup ensures the HighLevel team can access your account only when needed and only for the exact time period you choose.
- Go to the Agency View inside your HighLevel account.
- Click Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Select Company and then open the Advanced Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Support Access section.
- Toggle Support Access on.
- Choose your access expiration date if prompted and hit Save.

Part 2: How to Extend Support Access
Sometimes a support ticket requires a deeper investigation. You can easily extend the clock without having to disable and re-enable the entire setting.
- Navigate back to Agency View, then Settings, then Company, and open Advanced Settings.
- Scroll down to the Support Access section.
- Click Extend access.
- Choose a new expiration date in the Access expires on field.
- Review the confirmation message and click Save.
Part 3: How to Revoke Support Access
Once the troubleshooting is complete and your issue is resolved, you can immediately lock the door and block access.
- Head into Agency View, click Settings, go to Company, and open Advanced Settings.
- Scroll to the Support Access section.
- Click Revoke access.
- Review the warning message carefully.
- Click Revoke access again to confirm and immediately terminate any ongoing support sessions.
