Follow the detailed steps below to complete the setup.
You just set up a massive AI generation workflow for your biggest client. The logic is flawless. The API calls are lightning fast. You hit publish, sit back, and tell the client to test it out.
Five minutes later, your phone rings. The client is furious. The AI bot is talking to their high-end, luxury corporate customers using words like “Howdy” and “Y’all.” To make matters worse, the AI-generated images it just sent out feature the exact same colors as your client’s biggest competitor. You look like a total amateur, and the client is threatening to churn right on the spot.
You cannot scale an agency if you have to manually edit every single piece of AI content to make it sound human and on-brand. HighLevel fixes this instantly with the Brand Voice and Brand Kit tools inside Agent Studio. You can now hardcode your exact tone, messaging style, colors, and fonts directly into your AI nodes so they never go off-script again. Let us get your AI perfectly on brand.

- Create or manage your Brand Voice. This is where you define your exact tone, personality, messaging style, and call-to-action rules.
- Set up your Brand Kit (Design Kit) on the next tab. Lock in your specific hex colors, logos, fonts, and design elements.
Part 2: Open Agent Studio and Add Your Nodes
Now let us give your AI access to the rulebook.
- Navigate to AI Agents and click on Agent Studio.
- Open an existing AI Agent or create a brand new one.
- Drag and drop a supported AI Generation node onto your canvas. (Brand settings can currently be applied to Text Generation, Image Generation, Video Generation, and Audio Generation nodes).
Part 3: Assign the Brand Settings
Here is where the magic happens. You can assign different brands to different nodes, which is an absolute game-changer if your agency manages multiple clients in one workspace.
- Click on your newly added node to open the node settings.
- From the Brand Voice dropdown, select your existing Brand Voice. (Need a new one fast? You can click + Add New to create one without ever leaving Agent Studio, or select None if you actually want generic content).
- Repeat the exact same process to select your Brand Kit (Design Kit).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Part 4: Test and Publish
Never let an AI go live without a dress rehearsal.
- Run a test conversation directly in Agent Studio before publishing.
- Review the output. Is the tone right? Are the visual elements consistent? If anything looks off, jump back and tweak your Brand Board.
- Once you are thrilled with the results, publish your AI Agent to production. Moving forward, every single generation will perfectly reflect your exact brand identity automatically.
Hardcoding your Brand Voice ensures your AI agents sound exactly like your absolute best sales rep every single time.
